Day 1 The staff here has been going 7 days a week for the last 2 months ever since the storm. Most of their families are still on the mainland. Today the teams were split up to work at different pastors and staff members houses so that they can bring their families home Our team worked at Pastor Frankie's house. We painted, did yard work, General clean up and built-in awning for an exterior exit. After praying with him he stated how blessed he was by everyone's service. Day 2 We traveled today to Toa Baja a small community about 30 minutes away from the church. This community consists of mostly single moms elderly and handicapped people. We tarped the roof of a wonderful elderly woman named Carmen and then tarped another house and cut up a large tree that had fallen from the storm. It was awesome to see the joy it gave these brothers and sisters in the Lord.Day 1 The staff here has been going 7 days a week for the last 2 months ever since the storm.
